Adam Henrique
This is quite shocking. Adam Henrique is a solid hockey player. Today, the Ducks announced that they are placing him on waivers. If he clears through, he is going to the AHL in San Diego.
Henrique is in the second year of a five-year deal that carries a $5.825M cap hit. https://t.co/FcTZFWQLck

His contract is a bit steep for some teams. He is more than capable of helping a team with their offense. The question remains if any team is willing to take on that contract for the next three seasons. This situation is a lot like the Tyler Johnson situation in Tampa Bay. He is a great player, but when he gets put on waivers, no one wants that contract of his.
Henrique has a lot of upside to his game. Will anyone be willing to take on his deal? Let us know.
