Boston Bruins
Saint Patrice. The legend continues. The Bruins had not won a single game in the Toronto bubble since arriving. That’s an 0-4 record including the exhibition game. How did they respond? An impressive double-overtime win at the hands of Patrice Bergeron. He scored the winner to give the Bs a 1-0 series lead. David Pastrnak, Charlie Coyle, and David Krejci also scoring for Boston. Joel Edmundson, Brock McGinn, and Haydn Fleury were the goal scorers for Carolina.
