In what could have been Cam Newton’s final game in a Patriots uniform, he put on a hell of a show against the Jets. For the first time all season, he threw multiple touchdowns in a single game and he did it by throwing three touchdowns. He also caught a touchdown pass from Jakobi Meyers as the Patriots win their regular-season finale against the New York jets 28-14.

Super Cam put it all out there for the Patriots today. In a season that has been less than stellar for New England, it was nice to see them go out on a high note. Plus, that Meyers touchdown pass was amazing to watch.
