Colorado Uses Huge Third Period To Rally Past Dallas In Game 3

Colorado Avalanche

What an absolute thriller of a game three. The third period alone could have won the game of the playoffs so far. Dallas was riding high heading into game three. They seemed like they would be running away with this series. Now we have a series thanks to Colorado reminding us that they are the most electric team in the league. Colorado comes back in the third after being down 4-3 in the final ten minutes to win 6-4. Nikita Zadorov, Andre Burakovsky, Gabe Landeskog, Mikko Rantanen, Nazem Kadri, and Pierre-Edouard Bellemare scored for Colorado. Tyler Seguin, Denis Gurianov, Blake Comeau, and Jamie Benn scored for Dallas.

Dallas came back from a 3-1 deficit to take the lead in the third, but Colorado had an immediate answer. Game four was scheduled for Friday, August 28th, the game will be played on a different day as a result of player protests for awareness on racism. Will Colorado tie the series or will Dallas rebound to take a 3-1 series lead? We will have to wait and see.
