Dana White Announces UFC 261 Will Be At Full Capacity.
The UFC was the one promotion in professional sports that handled the pandemic properly. While all the idiots at Bloody Elbow and other woke cry baby websites cried, Dana White decided that the show must go on and, as we all know, created Fight Island. Well, now Uncle Dana has done it again, announcing that UFC 261 on April 24th will be in Jacksonville, Florida, and will have a full house of fans.
What does this mean?
Yes, the building will be at full capacity. This is amazing news for sports fans across the world, not just the UFC. This is the moment we have been waiting for since this bullshit pandemic began. The UFC navigated the pandemic to perfection, so it is only right that they get the sports world back on track and get asses in the seats. Like with the creation of Fight Island, there certainly will be pushback from the mainstream media. Do not listen to them. These people know nothing but negativity for clicks.
The card will feature three title fights. Yes, fight fans another card with three title fights. Tuck your collective boners into your waistbands for this one. UFC 261 will feature Kamaru Usman vs Jorge Masvidal 2 for the Welterweight title. Valentina Shevchenko vs Jessica Andrade for the women’s Flyweight championship and the fight everyone has been waiting for the Rose Namajunas vs Weili Zhang for the women’s Strawweight championship.

This pandemic has been hard on the fighters and fans. UFC 261 will be the event we look back on a decade from now and see that Dana White and the UFC delivered relief to sports fans everywhere. Jacksonville Florida and Governor Ron Desantis provided the opportunity and Dana took it. We all owe Dana White and the great state of Florida a thank you. We will see you in April.
