The Washington Football team has cut their former 15th overall pick quarterback Dwayne Haskins. Haskins broke COVID-19 protocol when he attended a strip club and was benched this week for their game against the Carolina Panthers. The 23-year-old has struggled in his two seasons in the NFL, playing 16 games and throwing for 2,804 yards, 12 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions. Dwayne was not living up to expectations on or off the field between maskless partying and a negative TD to INT ratio.
Ohio State coaches had warned the Football Team, telling them they would have to be patient with Haskins. Buckeye coaches were surprised when Haskins declared for the draft after playing just 16 games in college. Haskins has shown his immaturity to head coach Ron Rivera, as this is the second time he has broken COVID protocols with the team. The first was back in October when he invited a friend over to the team hotel.
Update: Team PR was unable to get in touch with Haskins.
So he will not be talking. https://t.co/5T2bzAKayr

The final straw for Haskins might be that he reportedly ignored calls from the Washington PR team and refused to talk to the media. Drafting quarterbacks in the first round has not worked out well for Washington as they have done it 12 times and have one quarterback with a winning record to show for it. Are you surprised that Haskins has been cut from The Washington Football Team? Let us know.
