Hurricanes Shut Out Lightning 4-0

These Hurricanes continue to roll. It is the battle of natural disasters tonight between the Lightning and Hurricanes. The Hurricanes are playing games on back-to-back nights. They know how to handle their business on Whalers night. They look to play the defending champion and keep the winning ways alive. Carolina comes out flying tonight and takes this game in a convincing fashion. The score is 4-0.

It takes a great team to shut out Tampa Bay. These Hurricanes just did it easily. I would not sleep on these Hurricanes. They are getting great goaltending and great offensive production. Their defense is solid and their new additions are making big-time plays. These two teams play each other again on Tuesday.
