Islanders Defeat Red Hot Bruins With 4-2 Victory

All good things must come to an end. The Bruins heading into tonight have the hottest streak of games in the league. They have only lost one time in regulation and are riding a ten-game point streak. Tonight, that end. The Islanders are the only team to beat the Bruins in regulation this season. They have now done it twice. This includes tonight with a 4-2 victory over the Bs.

Matt Barzal is a superstar. That was an absolute snipe past Rask for the winner. This Islanders team is hard to judge right now. They started slow, but have since gone on a six-game point streak and the team is on fire. What a win. The Bruins will have to wait until next Thursday for their next game against New Jersey. The Islanders play Buffalo on Monday.
