Kapanen’s OT Winner Propels Pittsburgh Past Washington 3-2

The Kasperi Kapanen story is amazing. He is a draft pick of the Penguins who is most famous for his time in Toronto. He is back in the Burgh and is scoring some big-time goals. The Capitals and Penguins have one of the best rivalries in hockey. They always seem to go down to the wire. Kapanen put his name in the history of the rivalry as he rips home the OT winner for a huge win for Pittsburgh.

Washington continues to spiral. After finally winning a game on Sunday, they are back in the losing column. It is not a good month of February for the Caps so far. A rematch is set to be on Thursday at the same location. Can Washington get back in the win column?
