Tennessee Titans Win AFC South Division Thanks To Last Second Field Goal

Derrick Henry

What a thrilling ending to an already crazy day. Tennessee has one goal in mind heading into the game: you win and the division is yours. It was no easy battle as it always seems when Tennessee and Houston get together, it is always a battle. It came down to the final seconds tonight as Tennessee, thanks to rookie kicker Sam Sloman, squeaks out a last-second field goal to win the game 41-38.

Watson led Houston on a final-minute drive to tie the game with 18 seconds left. When Tennessee got the ball back, Ryan Tannehill threw an absolute bomb down the field for AJ Brown to put the Titans within field-goal range for the win. What an insane game. The Tennessee Titans win the game and the division and will host the Baltimore Ravens for Wild Card Weekend, a rematch of last year’s playoff divisional round.
