The Morning After – Raptors Report deed

Easy. The way it’s supposed to look against a two man team. The Washington Wizards are bad. Real bad. Alex Len the guy nobody in Canada could stand, started for the Wiz last night. That tells you how ugly that roster actually is.

Norm Powell has been a lightning rod of late especially in the opening frames of games. It’s such a plus having him come off the bench when OG is healthy and an absolute treat when he gets the opportunity to start. 28/7 for Norm last night and it looked easy for him. If the Raptors can get three guys to hit 20 a game, it can take a lot of pressure off one certain player. Something they will need if a post season run is in their plans.

This team is finding their groove basically with the offence only. If you put up 130+ a night wins will come it’s just strange to see how this team won a championship with arguably the best defence in the league, now leaning on their offence more.

Next up is a trip to bean town to meet the Celtics. Sitting at 12-11 on the season Boston has been inconsistent at best and I would be smart to jump on them early. OG is questionable again tonight meaning we could see another big game from Norm. Boston can hurt you in many ways here’s hoping the Raptors find their defence and keep this one close.
