What an entertaining game this was. Vegas seemed to be in complete control of the entire game. With some shaky goaltending by Marc-Andre Fleury, Vegas still pulled off the comeback in an amazing fashion. The Golden Knights take this one 6-4 and mathematically eliminate St. Louis from getting a top-two seed in the Western Conference. Vegas got their goals from Shea Theodore (two), Alex Tuch (two), Mark Stone, and Zach Whitecloud. That was Whitecloud’s first career playoff goal. The goals for St. Louis came from Colton Parayko (two), David Perron, and Troy Brouwer.

St. Louis looked really bad in this game. Only producing 17 shots on goal to the Golden Knights’ 38 shots. Fleury looked real shaky in this one. Looks good for Lehner to maybe get the star against Colorado with the number one seed on the line. Winner of that game will finish number one and the loser takes the number two seed. St. Louis will play Dallas next. Winner will get the number three seed and the loser is stuck at number four. There are some great games ahead in these round-robin seeding games. Get ready.
